She’s also no stranger to entrepreneurship, founding The Adelante Movement nonprofit to empower and train multicultural women both economically & entrepreneurially, along with her digital platform BecomingSelfMade.com, which reaches over 750,000 women monthly and hosts content in financial literacy for small business owners for free.

Continuing her passion for making financial literacy accessible, when COVID hit Nely started producing webinars to educate small business owners of color and has since trained over 1 million small business owners of color in entrepreneurship while working with the Small Business Administration, several chambers of commerce, and more.
