Time to sit back and learn from a inspiration in the world of real estate! Ryan Serhant is someone who has been through the ringer as far as failure along with setbacks and comeback with triumph in some of the biggest ways. Come and have another moment with your guy Daymond John and withness the brilliance that is Ryan Serhant!
Who is Ryan Serhant?
Today’s guest is a real jack of all trades - and it wasn’t necessarily his choice. I’m giving listeners access to a never-before-released conversation I had with Ryan Serhant a few years back and I’m excited for his fan base to grow even more.
Ryan is probably best known for his real estate experience, whether it’s through his incredible realtor success stories; founding and running SERHANT, the rapidly growing tech-forward real estate organization that provides both brokerage and education services; or of course starring in Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York or Sell It Like Serhant.
After struggling to land a career as an actor, Ryan pivoted to real estate in 2008, discovering a passion and skill that he didn't know he possessed. He created The Serhant Team, building it to over 60 experienced agents and marketers and launched the #1 Sales Team in New York per Wall Street Journal for 3 years straight. The Serhant Team has done over $4 billion in sales! Ryan used that as motivation to fuel his next venture, SERHANT, which has revolutionized the traditional brokerage model.
The media branch of SERHANT, SERHANT. Studios, started off as Ryan’s own entertainment and media company. And this isn’t just any company. SERHANT. Studios’ content averages over 100 million impressions per month! Ryan also lends his insights to several networks and outlets, like NBC, ABC, CNN, Forbes, and more. He’s so smart and always on the cutting edge of his industry, and I know listeners have so much to learn from him.
You may know Ryan Serhant now as an incredibly successful celebrity realtor, but he actually grew up with a love for the arts and a dream of becoming the next Brad Pitt. Ryan’s a great example of someone who came to a crossroads - which I won’t spoil for you yet - and had to make life-altering decisions that in just a few moments shaped his entire future. He shared these moments with me in this unreleased interview that I know you all can learn from as we start to enter the end of the year and we take a step back to reflect on how our current decisions are impacting our own futures.
Tune in now for the real, candid stories and strategies behind:
