Building an email strategy can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be. There is a lot of helpful information out there about email marketing: what metrics you should track, how often you should send emails, what kind of campaigns you should run and more. I recommend this email marketing article from my friends at Shopify if you want to learn more about how to use email marketing to grow your business.
My personal advice is simple: respect people’s inbox (no spam!) and be real with people when you email them. We can all tell when someone’s not being authentic and that’s a real quick way to lose trust in you (and your products).
