CVS buys Target pharm biz for $1.9B

CVS Health is taking over Target pharmacies after a $1.9 billion deal settled between the companies. Target reassessed business strategies and recognized the health care business is not a good fit for the company. In addition to this, Target now reports that they are seeking to open 10 new “Target Express” stores.
