With the above being heard and as to not exclude ourselves from being a possible candidate on the possible upcoming second season of Shark Tank, we will no longer explore in being in direct contact with TVGoods.com, Omni Reliant International, Bluewater Media; entities of Mr. Harrington’s collective umbrella-ed enterprises. Originally, we were not wanting to divert by using the detour in the road (Shark Tank) to market and to just ride out the road conditions to eventually end up directly to the source; a DR company such as that of Mr. Harrington’s. However, taking into consideration the fact (the official rules) that if we disclose our proprietary apparatus to any of you five venture capitalists/angel investors directly, our exclusion from the show is to be indefinite. We will however continue to be in contact with other DR companies (those who agree to our drafted version mutual agreement NDA) and should nothing develop to what we believe as to be equitable, we will still have the opportunity to utilize our diverted route to market along with ya’lls collective expertise; Shark Tank… -see you soon in the decision room-
