Public Confidence…

One of the most important things for a new business to consider is the general public’s confidence in your company as a worthwhile endeavor. You want to make the customer believe that you will be offering them something that no other organization can provide. Customers want to feel unique and partner companies and clients want to feel lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work with you.

As I say in my latest book, The Brand Within, “The market needs to to figure out if you can be trusted… when you’re in start-up mode, it’s the first line in your asset column”.  It is important to establish credibility early on, but it’s also something you need to bolster by confirming in each decision you make.  What’s the point of beginning with a solid foundation if you’re just going to squander it later on down the road?
